Menu White Low Yeh Wall Table

Taking minimalism to a new level, Kenyon Yeh’s table design for Danish brand Menu stands proudly on only two legs. Inspired by a casual observation of cheerleaders at work, Kenyon’s design reflects an exercise in strength and balance whereby a person leans against the wall in a seated position (but without a chair) and a partner stands on his thighs. A straightforward representation of this pose, a semi-circular portion of the metal table-top bends up to allow the Yeh table to lean against the wall with nothing more than two slim, angled legs for extra stability.

The subtle use of colour and simple structure of the Yeh table make it a versatile piece which would work well at the bedside holding a lamp and books, in a hallway for flowers and photos or just as a handy side table in a living room.
